Investor Relations Assistant

Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a Investor Relations Coordinator in Mountain View, CA!

*This is a 8 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Investor Relations team by managing high-volume inbound communications, triaging investor and analyst requests, and ensuring timely routing and tracking of all inquiries. You will also coordinate complex calendars and high-stakes events such as earnings prep, investor meetings, and site visits, ensuring seamless logistics and polished execution across all IR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for the Investor Relations inbox by triaging incoming analyst and investor inquiries, routing requests to the appropriate stakeholders, and maintaining accurate tracking to ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage and optimize complex IR calendars by coordinating internal prep meetings, earnings cycles, investor events, and cross-functional scheduling to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for investor engagement activities, including site visits, bus tours, and IR events, while maintaining CRM records and ensuring seamless, high-quality execution.

Requirements:

• 2 years in admin, coordination, or operations.
• Outlook and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
