Our client, one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products, is actively hiring an Incident Manager to join their team in Annapolis, MD! This role will be fully onsite and support the 11 PM - 7:30 AM ET shift.
*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!*
As the Tier 2 Incident Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing failures of systems and networks, performing actions to resolve basic technical queries from their customers and business units. You will work with senior team members to resolve moderately complex issues with critical customer services.
Responsibilities:
- Track incident details and keep information updated in the incident management tool
- Solve system and network problems/questions
- Apply technical knowledge to oversee high availability IP networks, messaging systems, and Air-to-Ground data communications equipment
- Analyze issues and provide customers with guidance to resolve problems
Skills:
- Associates degree
- 2 years of experience
- Network Certification
- Experience with Cisco devices
