Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is hiring an HR Operations Contractor! This is also a fully remote role!
*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and the possibility of extension! *
In this role, you will support contingent workforce management by sourcing and onboarding highly specialized contract talent, including senior executives and international talent. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of contractors, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard highly specialized contract talent including sr. executives and international talent
- Support end-to-end lifecycle contractor management including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders
- Support project team by reviewing contracts and staff augmentation job postings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Fieldglass and process management
- Knowledge of recruiting, contingent, and deployment systems
