We’re hiring an Entry Level Hardware Support Engineer for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Virgina with a rapidly growing managed IT services company that supports enterprise and mid-sized clients across multiple industries. This role is 100% client-facing and hands-on, supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise hardware environments across Windows and Linux platforms. This is a full-time position with long-term growth potential.

Required Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, and mobile devices
- Ability to physically repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite full-time in a client-facing role
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Authorized to work in the US full-time
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A or similar certification
- Experience imaging devices and deploying hardware
- Exposure to Active Directory or ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments
- Previous internship or help desk experience
