- Assist in developing and maintaining software applications
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write, test, and debug program code
- Support system development and software implementation projects
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Maintain documentation for programs and technical processes
- Support application testing and system integration activities
- Assist in improving existing software systems
- Work with databases and data processing tools
- Participate in code reviews and development meetings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Understanding of software development concepts and SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
