Hiring: Desktop Asset Management
Location: Baltimore, MD, 21231
Duration: 6 Month Contract
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Desktop Asset Management for a 6-month contract based in Baltimore, MD (21231).
This role sits within the Hardware Asset Management – Technology Operations team and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, inventory control, and process efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of desktop hardware assets
- Receive, log, and track incoming shipments (USPS, UPS, Amazon, vendors)
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow (SNOW) and update Coupa orders
- Package and ship outbound equipment, including label creation
- Conduct physical inventory audits, reconciliation, and storage management
- Perform secure data wiping of decommissioned devices
- Support lease replacements, asset disposal, and ongoing asset tracking initiatives
- Collaborate with Desktop Support and Technology Operations teams
