Required Skills & Experience
- Active US DoD Security Clearance (will not see candidates without this)
- 4 years of professional software engineering experience (flexible for strong junior candidates)
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with system design and building scalable applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience or exposure to LLMs, NLP, or AI-driven applications
- Experience working in startup or early-stage environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience building full-stack applications (frontend backend APIs)
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience working directly with end users or product teams
