What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generative AI Solutions Architect position at Motion Recruitment?
- Collaborating closely with customers to improve their workload performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
- Leading and developing proof-of-concepts for AI solutions applied to the Consumer Internet industry, including areas like LLMs and recommenders, and building collateral (notebook/code) as needed.
- Continuously scan the Gen AI landscape: model releases, orchestration frameworks, prompt-engineering trends?and assess fit for our roadmap
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, cost-efficient LLM usage, and secure development
- Developing and debugging software fand open-source AI frameworks and libraries.
- Partnering with software engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins and drive the development of innovative solutions based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer with proven track record coding in Python and/or C with popular AI software libraries and GPUs.
- Design of end-to-end solutions as an architect or senior engineer; proven Tech Lead for small, agile teams and the ability to work through others
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-makers with a calm, measured style.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
