Role: Escrow assistant

About the Role:
As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Escrow department by providing customer service and administrative assistance for residential escrow closings. You may support a team or partner directly with an escrow officer, helping ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the escrow process
• Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
• Manage complete disbursement and follow-up for escrow transactions
• Communicate requirements and updates to clients
• Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 years of escrow-related experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
• Familiarity with company or client operating systems (a plus)
Salary : $22 - $24
