Role Highlights:
Architect project execution and lead deployments at 16 sites nationwide—one site per week.
Deliver tailored, in-person training and provide operational support during each go-live.
Capture field feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and relay solutions to the central rollout team.
Enjoy autonomy and flexibility: Own the deployment cycle, focus fully on execution and enablement, and operate independently without people management duties.
Who You Are:
A proven Dynamics 365 Field Service deployment specialist, excited by hands-on projects and heavy travel.
Comfortable in live production environments and skilled at rapid troubleshooting.
Effective communicator, able to connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Experienced in field tech, dispatch operations, and large-scale, site-by-site project rollouts.
Ready to travel weekly across the U.S. for four months, embrace new environments, and create lasting impact.
Technical Skills:
Dynamics 365 Field Service configuration, usage, and deployment
Mobile workforce solutions (iOS/Android), work orders, asset management, offline scenarios
Power Platform familiarity (Power Apps/Power Automate), REST API integration
Cloud-based architecture understanding, especially Microsoft Azure
Preferred Experience:
Fleet, utilities, transportation, or emergency service industry rollouts
Change management and standardized deployments across distributed sites
This role is structured for weekly travel, fast-paced execution, and adventure.
Minimal remote responsibilities post-go-live.
