Our client, an information and analytics provider, is actively hiring a Data Scientist to join their team in Raleigh, NC! This will be hybrid and require 2x a week onsite.
*This is a 6 month W2 contract to hire with benefits offered*
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic AI architectures that are tailored for legal and regulatory intelligence platforms
- Drive innovation in enterprise-scale AI systems that power legal research, case law summarization, statutory interpretation, document intelligence, and workflow automation for legal professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 8 years of experience
- Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, LLM systems engineering, and distributed AI architectures
- Prior experience working in legal/law data ecosystems
