Our client, a leader in the utility industry, is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join their team in Merrillville, IN! The will be hybrid 3 days on site
This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!
In this role, you will perform intermediate to advanced data entry duties, ensuring accurate, confidential, and timely processing of information across multiple systems. You will also support data cleanup, maintain records, and generate reports while following established guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely alphanumeric data entry while handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Review, proof, and correct data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and support data cleanup across multiple systems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and relevant data entry experience.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
