Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk. This position is fully onsite in Tulsa, OK.
*This job is an 11-month W2 contract role with benefits!*
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will support data entry and data cleanup and assist with recommendations to business stakeholders. Your high attention to detail when inputting key information will prevent clerical error and will optimize company operations.
Responsibilities
- Input essential alpha/numeric and text data, assisting with maintenance of company & vendor records
- Ensure accuracy of current and past data to optimize workflow across the organization
- Monitor spreadsheets for error, using formulas to quickly enter and uncover issues as quickly as possible
- Generate reports of inputted data, leveraging tools such as SAP
Desired Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in Data Entry or related field
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Prior experience in the oil, energy, or utilities industry a plus!
