🚨 Hiring: Cost Technician – Intermediate | Valparaiso, IN

📍 Location: Valparaiso, IN 46385

💼 Duration: 12-Month Contract

🏢 Schedule: Hybrid – 2 Days Remote / 3 Days Onsite

⏰ Hours: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

We’re looking for an experienced Cost Technician – Intermediate to support project cost control, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and invoice management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project cost control data and maintain accurate project cost records

• Analyze cost data to support project forecasting and decision-making

• Review invoices, timesheets, and contracts to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with annual budget preparation and reporting

• Prepare project cost reports for stakeholders and project teams

• Work closely with suppliers, Project Managers, and internal departments

• Support contract reviews, cost tracking, and project controls processes

• Develop and implement cost-control guidelines, processes, and tools

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience with project cost control, cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting

• Strong experience handling timesheets, invoices, contracts, and cost data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• High school diploma plus post-secondary education preferred
