Requirements
- 2 years of direct experience in Merchant Cash Advance, alternative finance, or business lending.
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with MCA brokers and referral partners.
- Deep, practical understanding of MCA sales, underwriting, and funding processes.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and account management.
- An established, active network of MCA broker relationships is highly preferred.
- Recruit, onboard, and scale relationships with high-quality broker partners through proactive outreach and networking.
- Act as the primary liaison between external brokers and internal underwriting, processing, and funding departments.
- Guide partners smoothly through onboarding, partnership agreements, and commission structures.
- Provide precise, timely updates on deal statuses, underwriting stipulations, and funding timelines.
- Educate brokers on credit guidelines and help them strategically structure submissions to ensure high approval rates.
- Monitor partner performance and submission volume to identify and execute on revenue growth opportunities.
