This manager position will work closely with engineering, QA, products, and deliver teams to translate business needs into reliable software solutions while maintaining system performance and operational integrity. This is a fast-paced environment, collaborative, and centered on building and supporting high performance platforms used in live market environments. This role is an onsite, and fulltime position. Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of managing software development teams
- Trading or brokerage systems experience
- Hands-on knowledge of software design, object-oriented concepts, and advanced data structures
- Experience with high-performance, real-time systems
- Working knowledge of marker data or exchange protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- Experience supporting low-latency or performance sensitive applications.
