- 4 years of backend software engineering experience using Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
- 4 years of experience integrating machine learning or large language models into production environments
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, backend services, and microservices
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability practices
- Experience implementing monitoring, evaluation, and quality frameworks for AI systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience building Generative AI applications and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with real-time AI platforms and model-serving infrastructure
- Experience supporting and optimizing AI features after deployment
- Background collaborating with product and engineering teams on architecture and technical strategy
- Passion for building scalable, reliable, and customer-focused AI solutions
- Design, build, and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices that support AI-powered workflows
