Our client, a well-known gas and electric utility company, is actively hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Valpariso, IN! This role will be onsite.
*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!*
Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting for the team
- Manage team requests for travel, meeting room booking, timesheet/expense entry
- Assist with any needed team correspondence
Qualifications
- High school degree
- 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience with ERP systems
