They're investing heavily in their security and governance programs and are looking for someone who can lead initiatives around risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness while working with tools like Archer, ServiceNow GRC, and modern cloud environments.
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years in GRC, risk management, or security compliance
Deep experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI
Experience conducting risk assessments and managing remediation plans
Strong understanding of audit processes and control design
Experience with GRC tools (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or similar)
Desired Skills & Experience
Industry certifications (CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, or similar)
Experience in financial services or technology industries
Familiarity with cloud governance (AWS/Azure)
Background working with legal, compliance, and engineering teams
