Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute global IT strategy that aligns with company's ambitious growth and compliance roadmap
- Direct global IT operations, cybersecurity programs, and infrastructure development
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve CMMC Level 3 certification across all sites
- Guarantee compliance with US (including ITAR) and European cybersecurity/data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to anticipate technology trends and operationalize best practices
- Oversee operational and capital IT expenditures to optimize efficiency and value
- Foster strong partnerships with key business units and external partners
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading decentralized team, with systems integrations across multiple sites (bonus for global experience)
- Senior functional IT leadership experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated environments
- Demonstrated success in IT compliance, CMMC, and information security
- Exceptional strategic leadership and project execution abilities
- Willingness and ability for high on-site presence or regular travel as needed
