- 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Previous technical recruiting/sourcing experience

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and market trends
- Participate in intake meetings and recruitment planning discussions
- Provide sourcing insights and talent market intelligence to hiring strategies
