Software Validation Engineer/Onsite

We're supporting an onsite full-time opportunity for a Software Validation Engineer focused on testing and validating embedded systems. This role is fully onsite and involves hands-on system-level testing across the full lifecycle of embedded products.

This team is looking for someone who enjoys building test strategies, debugging hardware/software interactions, and improving overall product quality. It's a strong fit for an engineer who likes variety- manual testing, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience validating embedded systems
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware/software interfaces
• Proficiency with scripting and validation tools
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, BLE)
• Ability to debug using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with version control tools and test management systems
• Background in industries like HVAC, automotive, medical, aerospace, or industrial controls

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
