Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years in software or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong experience running production AI/ML infrastructure, including model lifecycle management.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, CDK, or similar).
- Proficiency with Python and TypeScript for APIs, backend systems, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, or similar model registration/serving systems.
- Strong containerization experience (Docker) and familiarity with CI/CD and orchestration (ECS or similar).
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure for batch and real-time ML workloads.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools such as DSPy.
- Experience optimizing LLM performance (latency, cost, usage analytics).
- Knowledge of vector/embedding systems such as OpenSearch.
- Background integrating LLMs into architectures like RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
