Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
- Strong Java Core development with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
- Must have solid platform integration experience.
- Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.
- Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
- Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
- SDLC/Dev Ops - GitHub, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkits
- Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
- Ability to lead and coach junior developers
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/University degree
- Experience with React JS
- Experience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experience
- Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot
What You Will Be Doing
- Hands-on development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
- Overall objective of this role is to building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications with the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.
