An innovative and rapidly growing company in the retail space is looking for a Palo Alto Firewall Engineer with strong Zscaler experience to join their team on a full time basis. This is a hybrid remote opportunity available to candidates located within 50 miles on Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting)
- Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching
- Experience with VPNs, IPSec tunnels, and cloud-based security solutions
- Experience with Panorama for centralized management
- Must have strong documentation and client communication skills
- Palo Alto Networks PCNSE certification
- Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA or ZCCA-PA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) network/security services
- Exposure to Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response practices
