Node.JS Full Stack Developer

We are partnered with a high-growth logistics and supply chain technology organization that is leveraging AI-driven solutions to transform and optimize complex operational processes. Their platform blends advanced software, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The engineering team operates in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where developers have a high level of ownership and the opportunity to build solutions that directly impact business performance.

This position focuses on designing and scaling modern full stack applications that power critical supply chain operations. You'll work across the entire technology stack, building intuitive web applications, incorporating AI-powered functionality, and developing scalable backend systems that drive intelligent logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React (40%)
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled features into both internal systems and customer-facing platforms (20%)
• Create backend APIs and microservices to support logistics and supply chain functionality (15%)
• Architect, enhance, and scale systems, application performance, and cloud-based infrastructure (10%)
• Integrate third-party services, internal platforms, and external data sources (10%)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on best practices and technical standards (5%)

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full stack development
• Deep expertise in Node.js and React within production environments
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-driven applications or features
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or similar industries
• Experience with cloud environments and modern DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
