Required Skills & Experience
- Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and device support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and support multiple locations as needed
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools
- Experience with imaging, software deployment, and patch management
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Process improvement and documentation experience
