You will help drive the Dayforce Recruiting implementation from requirements and configuration through testing, go-live and stabilization, then continue supporting the platform in production. Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing the Dayforce Recruiting module
- Direct involvement in at least two full Dayforce Recruiting implementation lifecycles
- Experience gathering requirements from recruiters, hiring managers, HR, compliance and IT stakeholders
- Experience translating recruiting requirements into Dayforce configuration
- Hands-on experience configuring recruiting processes, workflows and approvals
- Experience with requisition templates, application forms, candidate profiles, candidate pipelines and disposition processes
- Experience configuring interview, evaluation and hiring processes
- Experience with offer management and approval workflows
- Experience configuring security roles, access controls and organizational hierarchy
- Experience developing and executing testing/UAT activities
- Experience supporting cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Experience administering Dayforce Recruiting in a live production environment
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage implementation deliverables
- Experience with Dayforce HCM, Onboarding, Talent Management or Workforce Management
- Dayforce certification or formal Dayforce implementation training
- Experience integrating Dayforce Recruiting with background check, assessment, job board or sourcing platforms
- Dayforce recruiting reporting and dashboard experience
- EEO and OFCCP compliance experience
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-entity recruiting environments
- Consulting, systems integrator or vendor implementation experience
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Lead or support the full Dayforce Recruiting implementation lifecycle
- Facilitate requirements and process-design workshops
- Translate business requirements into Dayforce Recruiting configuration
