This role will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM optimization, and AI-powered workflow automation across front-office systems. You will play a critical role in modernizing technology and aligning systems with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience 7 years working with Salesforce environments
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM strategy
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as flows and workflows
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working with sales or recruiting teams to improve processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross-functional projects Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms
Exposure to AI tools within Salesforce such as Agentforce or Einstein
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar)
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven organizations
Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics platforms
