Motimatic is hiring an Account Manager to directly oversee a portfolio of non-education partners and play a key role in expanding our footprint across new industries. This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings 3–4 years of agency experience working across diverse clients, verticals, and performance models.
As an Account Manager, you will own partner relationships end-to-end—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring that campaigns are strategically sound, performance-oriented, and aligned to partner goals. You will also help shape Motimatic’s operational approach for non-education verticals as we scale.
This role reports to the SVP of Operations, Megan Catour.
- Manage a portfolio of non-education partners, owning performance, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication, strategic guidance, and performance storytelling.
- Ensure accounts are set up for success—from onboarding and campaign launch through optimization and renewal.
- Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies to protect and grow partner value.
- Develop and guide data-driven marketing strategies across paid media and automated outreach channels.
- Translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for partners with varying levels of marketing expertise.
- Navigate campaign performance challenges with confidence, offering solutions rooted in digital best practices.
- Partner with Operations on campaign setup, margin management, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales to support smooth handoffs and identify upsell pathways.
- Work with Marketing on partner-facing materials and success stories.
- Provide insights to Product based on partner needs and industry nuances.
- Contribute to defining scalable processes, playbooks, and workflows for new industries.
- Bring forward insights from your portfolio to help shape the future of Motimatic’s non-education offerings.
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency, managing client relationships across multiple industries and business models.
- Strong understanding of paid social and the broader digital ecosystem, including performance optimization and multichannel strategy.
- Proven ability to interpret marketing data and guide clients through sophisticated decisions.
- Experience managing revenue outcomes such as renewals, upsells, and account growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Experience in both education and non-education verticals is a plus, but not required.
