What you’ll do
- Review and process daily sales transactions interfacing from CCore to Great Plains.
- Enter and reconcile sales invoices, including automated and manual transactions.process customer cash receipts and research and resolve deductions or offsets.
- Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to general ledger balances monthly.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due accounts.
- Prepare & distribute monthly customer statements.
- Prepare month end journal entries, payroll GL entries, and weekly 401(k) processing.
- Maintain and update bank and customer account information as needed.
- Support internal controls & financial audits by providing requested AR documentation for internal, quarterly, and year end reviews.
What we’re looking for
- Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of related accounting or accounts receivable experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel, Accurate Data Entry, Invoicing, Account reconciliation, Analysis. Great Plains, CCore
- Effective written and verbal communication, Ability to multitask, Work independently, Strong Attention to detail, Leadership skills, Ability to meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with month-end close processes.
