Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician I
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Schedule:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate: $20-$33/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment while ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance activities on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment
- Support machine modifications for specialized production functions
- Perform minor facility maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work
- Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Experience using torque wrenches, impact tools, measuring tools, and multimeters
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Willingness to complete additional safety and equipment training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Previous experience with furnaces or induction equipment
- HVAC experience
- Basic welding or cutting torch experience
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and 5S principles
