Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC and EDM machinery in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on machine setup, operation, quality inspection, safety compliance, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining.
- Perform milling, drilling, EDM, graphite shaping, and machining operations.
- Install tooling and load programs according to process instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers and precision gauges.
- Record production and quality data in computerized systems.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and report problems.
- Deburr finished parts and maintain tools and measuring equipment.
- Follow all safety and material handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of CNC, EDM, tooling production, or related manufacturing experience.
- Experience with machine operation, assembly, or equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must be authorized as a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
