- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial documents.
- Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff members or clients.
- Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment.
