Fulfillment Associate

Mother Earth Wellness is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivator, processor and dispensary operator located in Rhode Island. We are currently serving the medical and recreational cannabis community in the Pawtucket and greater Providence areas.

Mother Earth Wellness brings extensive customer service knowledge, restaurant ownership, design capabilities, construction experience, and deeply rooted cannabis knowledge to the market. We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Fulfillment Associate to join our team during this exciting time in our journey.

Job Duties

The Fulfillment Associates will be responsible for preparing all customer order types including online, express, and in-store. In addition, Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for replenishing the day vault, cycle counts, and making sure that all products are moved compliantly. Fulfillment Associate will also assist with packaging as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly prepare online and in-store orders, accurately and compliantly.
• Keep accurate count of products available and restocked at all times. Communicate with inventory to replenish the day vault as needed.
• Must have regular and on-time attendance.
• Assist with packaging including flower, prerolls, edible, concentrate, vapes, etc.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment within fulfilment and packaging areas.
• Secure all cannabis products in locked vault during off business hours.
• All other job duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must be 21 years old.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure.
• Desired work ethic includes being detail oriented, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a good communication.
• Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check per local and state requirements.
• Experience with METRC highly desirable.
