While our values are rooted in sustainability, our success is driven by a highly collaborative and results-oriented team focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.Position OverviewWere seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our order fulfillment operations. This role is well-suited for candidates with experience as a fulfillment associate, warehouse associate, shipping & receiving associate, or inventory associate.This is a hands-on position focused on accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for our farm store, home delivery routes, local pickup locations, and nationwide shipping. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow established systems and procedures.This role requires someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and consistently follow established procedures and instructions. While part of a larger team, the Fulfillment Team Associate is often responsible for completing tasks independently and is expected to stay on task, communicate issues proactively, and meet daily fulfillment deadlines without constant supervision.The majority of this role is performed in refrigerated and freezer environments, and candidates must be comfortable working for extended periods in cold conditions while maintaining accuracy, focus, and food safety standards.The Fulfillment Team Associate works as part of a structured fulfillment team and reports to a fulfillment supervisor or manager.
