We are seeking to hire Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN - Registered Nurse.
Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Current OH RN - Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years of Long-Term Care experience as ADON, DON or Unit Manager required.
- BLS certification required.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Infection Preventionist Certificate or experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
- PCC experience preferred.
Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of nursing services objectives and standards.
- Provide staff development in multiple disciplines including risk management and quality assurance.
- Assist in governance of day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing and other Department Heads to ensure quality care for residents.
- Participates in meetings and communicates appropriate information.
- Plan, develop, coordinate and document quality assurance and performance improvement.
- Serve as On-Call nurse as necessary.
- Work rounding with the cart as necessary.
