Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or executives
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating office records with attention to detail
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic office management responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles, preferably within medical or dental reception environments
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
