- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding tasks, and other mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct residential painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general facilities maintenance to uphold the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
- Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical faults accurately.
- Supervise or assist with projects involving manufacturing or large-scale repairs, ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, or renovations while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, residential, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate maintenance teams or projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
- Prior experience with CMMS platforms for managing maintenance workflows is advantageous.
