Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
- Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with irrigation systems, exterior lighting, roofing, siding, decks, or general property maintenance.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Ability to identify maintenance issues and report them appropriately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
General Duties
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Assist with building repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Paint and maintain exterior and interior surfaces.
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal property preparation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests as assigned.

Compensation:
$16.90–25 per hour: direct experience highly considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to pass background screening if required.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general landscaping and building maintenance.
- General knowledge of 110V electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience working in varying weather and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, snow, rain, and uneven terrain.
- Basic building maintenance skills, including painting, minor repairs, and use of common hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
