Maintenance Staff

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our building systems and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all occupants. Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, ELECTRICAL, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and mechanical devices using schematics, hand tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, and general facilities maintenance to uphold building interior quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as HOTEL MAINTENANCE or APARTMENT MAINTENANCE.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with plumbing and electrical work is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and testing devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
• Valid knowledge of safety standards related to electrical equipment repair, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facilities maintenance.
