Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage the front desk during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of all guest activities, reservations, and financial transactions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property to uphold safety standards.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues promptly.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial auditing processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and focus.
• Familiarity with hotel operation or previous hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reporting.
