- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations
- Assist with office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and supporting client needs with professionalism
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
