Full Job Description
Primary Objective:
We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The agent will be responsible for interacting with the guests to provide the highest quality service and to ensure the hotel guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service.
Responsibilities:
- Registers and assigns rooms to guests
- Issues room keys
- Computes bills and collects payments and makes changes for guests
- Answer all inquiries pertaining to hotel service and registration of guests
- Follow the phone script for potential guests calling in to inquire about rates.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills / Positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Professional image through appearance and conduct
- Telephone etiquette / Ability to problem solve
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- 1 year of Front Desk experience
- Basic math / English skills
- Knowledge of computers / Office machines
- Weekend Availability
- Flexibility in scheduling
