We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at our Motel 6/Studio 6 Fayetteville NC - Fort Bragg property. Duties
- Assist in managing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to service standards
- Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry
- Strong background in hotel operations, including front desk management and guest services
- G6 Brand Experience preferred.
- Experience with revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and resort-style hospitality environments is advantageous
- Prior hotel or resort experience is highly desirable
