Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lawn care and property maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share, improve service delivery, and increase profitability through data-driven decision making
- Oversee financial management, including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives using tools like Excel for data analysis
- Manage a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and support staff by providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities to foster team growth and leadership
- Drive process improvements using lean management principles to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and responsiveness
- Coordinate project management activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and quality assurance
Experience
- Proven managerial experience in lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance industries with a focus on operational leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing profit & loss statements, financial planning, and business management at an executive level
- Extensive experience in team management, including supervising teams, developing talent, and leading organizational change
- Strong background in project management, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning within a service-oriented environment
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Excel data analysis for reporting performance metrics and making informed business decisions
- Prior experience in sales growth strategies and operational management to enhance overall business performance
