We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight shifts. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and practices is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong background in customer service and guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in handling front desk operations and managing guest relations effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems are essential.
