Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team to work the following days and shifts. Also, to be able to be available to be on call if needed to work other shifts as well would be a big plus.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
