General Manager - Motel 6 - Atlanta/Chamblee Tucker

We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to lead our Motel 6 ATL Chamblee Tucker property. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest service, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and market analysis.
• Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, supervising staff, and maintaining a motivated team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of guest relations by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Supervise night audit processes and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, employee development, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members.
• G6 Brand experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of revenue management strategies and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and night audit procedures.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel General Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
• G6 Brand: 1 year (Preferred)
