- Finance: Treat our P&L like your personal bank account; master the dark arts of inventory and labor costs to ensure we’re making money, not magic beans.
- Leadership: Herding cats—err, staff. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and building a dream team that actually wants to show up to work.
- Hospitality: Keeping the 'good vibes only' energy alive by being everywhere at once, ensuring guests leave with a smile and maybe even a slight food coma.
- Compliance: Becoming best friends with health inspectors by keeping the ship running cleaner than a whistle and safe enough for your own grandma to dine here.

Qualifications
- 3 years GM/AGM experience in high-volume restaurants.
- Strong P&L, inventory, and labor management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- ServSafe Manager certification.
